About
I'm Fernando Tucci. I work in AI security — specifically, figuring out what happens when AI systems stop being chatbots and start being agents that do things in the real world. I'm a Senior Product Manager at TrendAI, where I research the security implications of that shift and try to make sure the people defending networks actually understand what's coming.
My background doesn't follow a straight line. Psychology and computing degrees, a master's in e-learning design, years as a technical trainer teaching cybersecurity to teams across EMEA. The thread connecting all of it: security is a human behavior problem first and a technical one second. Most of what I write comes from that intersection — the gap between what systems can do and what people actually understand about what systems can do.

The short version
Italian. Born in Venezuela, grew up in Ireland, living in Canada. Six countries, a permanent outsider's perspective, and an opinion about the food in every one of them. I think about security the way I think about everything else — through the lens of why people do what they do, even when they know better.
